STORY:
for my communication studio course, we were required to create a zine of sorts. randomly pulling art movements from a hat, i received ROCOCO. initially put off, rococo ended up being a really wonderful movement to create a whole zine for. god bless frames, gold, and abundance.

CONCERT:

WHITE WINTER HYMNAL:

STORY:
my kind cousin BROOKE invited me weeks ago to the FLEET FOXES show on tuesday. initially, i declined because of a class that would last until 10 that evening. in a windfall of sorts, my teacher came down ill. i called brooke to see if she still had an extra ticket, and fortunately she did. the show was wonderful and the band was incredible. thanks again, brooke!

FLUX:

(l to r: tiimo)

STORY:
went to a flux screening at the HAMMER MUSEUM. THE SHOW went over really well, as compared to LAST TIME. showing up an hour before the box office opens doesn't hurt either.

OTIS REPRESENTATION:

STORY:
stopped by the otis student gallery recently and i'm really glad i did. i came across the piece above, which was made by rebecca gottesman. she had created others in the similar vain, using tinkerbell and ariel also. this is one of my favorite works i've seen at otis so far.
(fyi: googling her name only brings up some other girl from vermont, so don't bother)
