HIGH TOPS:

(l to r: mike, george, and john)

STORY:
last sunday, i was able to go check out the cirque du soleil's KOOZA. otis discounted the tickets for the students and it was glorious! i had never been to anything like this before, but it was an incredible experience. i was fortunate enough to sit by ms. lindsey in the corner. a pole blocked part of our view so we were able to play the guessing game together. after all is said and done, i'm eagerly awaiting the opportunity to see another cirque show.

people from a nice design firm called RUMORS stopped by to talk a bit about design and a few of their projects. following the show-and-tell, they joined our experimental typography course to give us a quick one-off assignment based around the idea of a tactile TWITTER. the only downside was we didn't have much time to speak, but i enjoyed the little time we had.
