pressing forward with projects that don't feel right is a sensation that should never be avoided. this piece need quite a bit more work to do before i feel good about it, but when it is complete - i want it to feel like filling in the final word of a crossword puzzle for the viewer.

ms. amy, ms. mary, and i went to ARTCENTER to see MARIAN BANTJES speak. the talk was nice and, though i hadn't rested much recently, it was something that was very motivational. i've been excited by her work many times, and it was good to hear the background to complete the images.
