STORY:
as of august 25th, i am now back at OTIS COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN. almost one week in, the teachers are good and the kids are friendly. let the good times roll.

i wonder if many businesses would be as successful if they offered this sort-of open, competition-friendly phone lines with other similar businesses on the speed dial. i thought it was a very odd yet simple idea that can really help a customer trust a business. although, the internet is changing every business practice in the world; nothing beats hearing a voice on the end of the line tell you direct.
