STORY:
sam and i were able to get tickets to the los angeles film festival, more specifically a film called COLD SOULS. it was really beautiful, quirky film - with one of the BEST posters i have seen this year. if i was going to put this film in a box set, it would be with ETERNAL SUNSHINE and BEING JOHN MALKOVICH.

STORY:
ms. sam has been working for the ARMORY CENTER OF THE ARTS. her first show, curated by david burns of FALLEN FRUIT, opened on saturday. the show, THE DRAMA OF THE GIFTED CHILD: THE FIVE YEAR PLAN, had a nice variety in work and subject matter. sadly, nice shows like this often go unnoticed - so thank you, sam, for bringing this to my attention.
