i went to see GEOFF MCFETRIDGE talk at UCLA DMA. geoff was insightful and well-spoken, as he usually is. i even had the chance to ask him a few questions and talk to him afterwards. he was even kind enough to not acted weirded out by my obvious fanaticism. thanks, geoff!

the seniors on annihilation day, otherwise known as wednesday. things are finally shaping up in all of the senior projects though. just a few months left until graduation, then we can all taste it.

DEREK THOMPSON came to otis for a full three day workshop. i was loaded with classes, but snuck in every moment i had the opportunity. at the end, he had the chance to review the things i was working on - and had a lot of helpful notes for the future. thank you, derek.
